  • Knowledge of ISO/TS16949, ISO 9000, APQP, FMEA and PLC.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
  • Corporate Messaging – Helps refine key stories and messages to promote the company and its brand image.
  • Copy development, editing, translation and proof reading for distributor and public communications in magazines, distributor updates, newsletters, e-mails, marketing materials and internet communications.
  • Manages production schedule of internal and external marketing communications
  • Ensures maximum utilization of the PR agency in creating awareness on the company, business opportunity, products and distributor leaders. Creates constant contact report for media releases and coverage received. Coordinates and executes approved PR plans.

Requirements:

THE CANDIDATE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or other related fields.
  • 2-3 years experience in account management, media relations, PR agency or publication work
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Writing experience and expertise is a must
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation

Responsibilities:


  • Control and handle Financial Statement

  • Ability to present the company’s Financial Statement to the management

  • Ability to present cash flow

  • Manage working team and accounting budget for outsource service

  • Coach and train the accounting team

  • Contact and coordinate with the Custom on relevant issues

  • Prepare necessary content for SAP Implement Team

  • Generate reports as assigned from the management

  • Provide suitable accounting system for the company that hasn’t used SAP but AS400 or other systems

Requirements:


  • Male/Female, age 25-35 years

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting .MBA is a plus

  • Possess at least 3-5 years experience in accounting
