Tooling Maintenance Engineer
(Chon Buri)

Responsibilities:

Type of business : The first tier of automotive parts ( assembly with small press parts ) in Amatanakorn – Chonburi.

Working condition : 5 days per week with overtime .

Job Description :-

• To support the production line for machinery maintenance activities which including :
  • To design tooling, equipment for mold & die ( small size of precision press part ) / machine and verify spare parts as specification / drawing.
  • To analyze and calculate cost of spare parts , source for new tooling maker to replace the imported .
  • Machine Modification, Improvement for more smoothly of production.
  • Support Machine Re-layout and installation.
  • Preventive maintenance with cooperation from PM team
• Coordinate with Production supervisor and Maintenance engineer in order to develop maintenance support to production line.
• To improve maintenance system in order to reduce machine down time and improve productivity, safety and environment
• Coaching to maintenance technician team for continuous improvement
• Tooling / Spare-part warehouse management.

Requirements:

• Male , 25 – 35 , creative with smart / dynamics , GPA : 2.70 +
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Able to work in night shift with shift allowance.
• Good tooling, mold, die design with experience at least 5 years.
• Automotive experience is preferable with TS16949 / ISO 14000 or ISO18000.
• Having Mechanical & Electrical Control knowledge, Kaizen , TPM .
• Problem-solving, analytical skills and team player skill
• Applicable in English for communication .

Route of transportation : The longest line in Chonburi : Robinson – Sriracha.
