To give personalize service to hotel guests, especially VIP’s Marquis Club Members and repeat guests. Take full responsibility as Manager on Duty at all times. Guest satisfaction should be priority number one. All our guests should feel that they are dealt with as individuals. They should feel that we are concerned about their needs, we should deal with them by name…(not room numbers). Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree in any field.
- At least 2 year experience in Guest Relations Manager position of Luxury Resort.
- Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills.
- Strong in inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly.
- Strong in English, communication skill, and computer literate.
- Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work.
- Good in Fidelio and Compute literate.
